Life through Colors

Waking on a golden - hued sunny day,

I wish to be filled with an aura of optimism,

Hoping for the strength to face the challenges of life. 

Walking on the green grass,

I wish to be held strong and feel connected with things around,

Holding all my strengths and weakness with acceptance. 

 

Gazing at the blue sky,

I wish to spread my wings and wander in weightlessness,

Ignoring the insecurities and uncertainties of life.

 

Observing the grey water-laden clouds,

I wish to be refreshed with a cleansing downpour of invigorating thoughts,

Wanting to embrace living in the moment. 

 

Being awake on a black dark night,

I wish to hide my fears and remorse’s,

Hoping for the new dawn that brings a self-awakening.
